Wheels are CUSTOM made for your VTX 1300 (IT IS NOT A HARLEY SET UP) No modifications needed, use stock parts to install new wheel. Wheels ship out in approximately in 10 weeks form date of purchase. Please allow 10 weeks for wheel to ship out. We will email you the Fedex Tracking number once it is ready to ship out.
